 By using this website or engaging in counselling services with Finding Pink, you agree to the following terms:

• Services are offered via secure telehealth or in-person by Beenish Akhtar, a qualified counsellor working within Australian law and ethical best practice.

• Counselling is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

• The Counsellor is not liable for outcomes resulting from therapeutic sessions. The Client acknowledges that counselling is a collaborative process, and its effectiveness depends on the Client's commitment and active participation.

• All sessions are confidential except where legally obligated to disclose (e.g., risk of harm).

• You agree to provide accurate information and participate respectfully.

• Fees are AUD $150 per session. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur the full fee.

• Website content is for information only and does not constitute a therapeutic relationship.

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services implies agreement with any updates.
