My name is Beenish. I'm a counsellor, somatic therapist and post traumatic growth coach.
I know what it means to be in pain—and I also know, through my own lived experience, that pain can become power. I have moved through grief, loss, fear and terror. I have survived accidents, abuse, shame and discrimination. These experiences challenged me deeply, but they also became turning points—pathways to transformation.
Along the way, I was blessed to find mentors who helped me discover a profound truth: the peace and joy we seek don’t come from outside of us—they rise from within. An inner shift that changed everything for me.
Today, as I continue to grow on my on healing journey I find deep meaning in guiding others through their challanges. Helping people gently untangle from the pain of the past, break free from the patterns that keep them stuck, and step into the life they truly deserve—it’s not just my work, it’s an answer to a deep calling.
Outside the therapy room I am a joyful wife and a proud mama to two beautiful boys living an intentional life in a quiet town on the outskirts of Sydney, Australia.

I work with all people who are struggling to cope with life. My Approach
My approach is integrative; a blend of my training in counselling and psychotherapy, spiritual wisdom and life experience. I work with the conscious and the subconscious, to heal traumatic imprints, eliminate negative thought patterns, self-sabotaging beliefs & behaviours, to infuse positivity, hope, inspiration and introduce practical strategies to help you redesign your life in alignment with the whole.
I am a certified Embodied Processing Practitioner that forms the basis of my work. It is a somatic therapy where we work with the body to release stuck emotions, traumatic imprints and negative belief systems. Some other therapeutic modalities that I use in my work are, Congnitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Dialectical Behvaioural Therapy.
